Standard Company Policy

Appointments & Access
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter the property due to locked doors, incorrect codes, or no one being available, the service is considered completed and will be charged.

Pets
All pets must be secured during service. Elevate Cleaning Services is not responsible for pet-related issues, delays, or interruptions.

No Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for any problems that are not caused by our company. This includes missed appointments due to lack of access, client scheduling errors, power or water issues, or pet-related issues.

Service Concerns
Any concerns related to our work must be reported within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean or credit at our discretion. No refunds are issued.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or disruptive.
